Giving Things Up Has Gotten Easier

Not long ago, on the drive home from an outing or after a movie I'd seen in Innsbruck, I would always have stopped at a gas station and bought sweets. Now I really only buy water or other drinks. Something else I used to do was drive out to the highway at night, often after midnight, and eat. I'd buy sandwiches, sweets, all sorts of things, and back then also cigarettes or e-cigarettes. All of that has gotten better since, or rather, it doesn't happen with me anymore. One thing that changed it was moving out of my own apartment and back in with my father at his place. Something positive came out of that. And as for how my weight is looking right now: it looks relatively good too, and I hope to be down to 190 kilos by November at the latest, at least on the scale at home. You always have to keep in mind that the difference between my weight at home and the official weight, as I'll call it, at the nutrition counseling in Brixen is 3 to 4 kilos because of my clothes. At home I weigh myself naked, down there fully dressed with shoes on.
