The deal is wholegrain bread for breakfast. Still, for a few days now I've been standing at the bakery in the morning: a cappuccino and whatever is in the display case, usually a nut swirl. I'm not fully well yet — my digestion is acting up, so I'm calling the doctor today. So I'm giving myself some slack, and I call it that.
